CQB Basics

$600.00

This course will enable each participant to come away with a good foundation of close quarter battle with regards to the home.

Day 1 will be an assessment portion utilizing both Pistol and Rifle focusing on:

  • Intimate distance (< 25 meters) shooting on paper and steel

  • Target Focused training

  • Left/Right target transitions

  • Left/Right Turns

  • Mag changes

  • Malfunctions

  • Shooting on the move

  • CQB Theory

Day 2 participants will work inside a structure in one and two person elements.

Multiple techniques will be discussed and put into practice.

Equipment Common to all:

Eye Pro

Ear Pro

Gloves (but I will show you why you don’t want to wear them)

Rifle and Pistol of choice. (not .308/7.62x51 Rifle, and not a Desert Eagle or some single stack Ruger LC9) Think Tactical like its something you can bring with you without too much trouble.

You should have a light on each rifle and Pistol and I will show you why it’s a good idea.

Some sort of decent working kit that allows you to carry 3 rifle mags and 3 pistol mags (to include the one you are carrying in the weapon you are holding).

Armor if you like. We will take a moment and talk setups for Rifle/Pistol/Kit and Armor.

Lickies and Chewies (Means bring your own food and drink)

Bring a good attitude… and lots of money to spend on merch in the Sawmill Tactical Training Complex Pro Shop!

Cheers, and I will see you on the high ground!
